Preparing for Class

– no experience necessary
– a nearly empty stomach, but not starving!
– barefoot is usual, but optional
– exercise wear or comfortable clothing
– changing rooms are available
– all equipment provided
– easy, free parking is available at all locations
– arrive 10 minutes before class starts
